To adopt a dog of this breed you have to fill out an application and have a home visit. The aim of this screening is to make sure that you are able to provide all necessary care for the dog. Since the dogs are rather large and active, they need a large fenced yard and enough place in the house. Families with small children are not recommended to adopt a dog of this breed, but it will be an excellent pet for active and sporting people.
